I had asked for a possible return cause the band was too short for my wirst (which obviously was my mistake when reading the measurements wrong..). The seller sent me a link for extensions, which I refused because I didn't feel it would look right putting new extensions on a vintage watch. It was only afterwards that I saw a crack in the glass (the watch was simply wrapped in plastic foil and put in an envelope, which might not be the best way to ship a 200-euro-watch), after which the seller accused me of deliberately breaking the watch to be able to return it which simply isn't the way I deal with stuff.. Also I've never been accused of sth like that from a 'professional' seller. It's a pity cause I really like their other watches and would've loved to buy another one from them, but after that experienced not anymore. 👎
